  I recently had a problem with a deposit because the sender's bank had bounced it. After going through several discussions, the staff at Elevations helped me manage the problem with efficiency and kindness. To Brian, Tyler and Joseph, a huge "hats off" for your hard work in making my difficulty disappear!

  I have been with Elevations Credit Union for over 20 years (even way back when, when it was U of C Credit Union) and I've never had a better banking experience over all. I love this credit union and I'm grateful for this midtown Fort Collins branch.

  This Credit Union has by far given me my best “banking” experience ever. My family belonged to another credit union in another state but when we moved here to Fort Collins we changed our membership to Elevations. I have been so impressed with their motto and willingness to help and participate in the local community events. This location is super cute and reminds me a little bit of a coffee shop rather than a banking institution. Every time I come in to ask a question or I need some help with my account everyone is very friendly and helpful. My daughter even gets excited when I tell her we have to stop by the credit union. My family recently purchased a house using Elevations for our mortgage. Chris was awesome and helped us get a great rate and advised us in many ways. He even went above and beyond to help us get possession early into our new home when it turned out we were going to close on our old home before we could close on our new home (we had to wait for a final document to go through and it wasn’t going to be ready until after the weekend). I recommend Elevations to all my friends and family who are looking for a financial institution locally. If you happened to have a bad experience here, I would try again before writing this place off. It really is a great place to bank, and really who doesn’t have a bad day? Give it a try! I don’t believe you will regret it!

  Couldn't of had a worse experience. Came here as a first time customer to apply for a auto loan, and left knowing a will never be a customer. From the very beginning to the end was just frustrating and unprofessional. Missed calls not being returned for over 24hrs, poor customer service experience when finally speaking to someone, and had to repeat things due to lack of communication between themselves. I gave them a shot based on referral from someone that currently banks here, and now believe the referral plans on going somewhere else. If you are looking for someone awesome ENT Credit Union has been 1000x better all around.

  We got out mortgage through Elevations - non stop issues starting the moment we became "members" - from not being able to process an online credit card payment to open a mandatory checking account, to system errors with their autopay service that result in delinquent charges, to a horrendous customer service team where no one can view anything in your account and you have to get transferred to 7 different people (some of who are not in the office even). Amazing.
