  I've only been with Elevate for a short time, but their customer service is absolutely amazing. I never wait more than a minute or two before I get a phone call or a text from someone helping me. I had one time asked if they would release funds early and they did. I really appreciate a bank that will go out of their way for there customers.

  Love this credit union! They helped me straighten out my finances and set up an investment account for retirement. This is the only bank I have used since I was old enough to have an account and build my credit which was fantastic! Definitely won’t be changing banks ever. They definitely have the best customer service in the branch and over the phone. 10 out of 10 every single time.

  Box Elder County Credit Union has been my one and only financial institution since I was 17. They've always been there for me whenever I needed help with my finances or wanted to get the best deal on a vehicle. They are extremely kind and welcoming. They are truly the one place to go. (Did I mention they are nonprofit)

  Brooke Wells is the most pleasant and helpful loan officer that you will ever work with. We have had the opportunity to work with her a few times and it has always been a good experience. I highly recommend her and Box Elder Credit Union and am happy to be a member there.

  Really an awesome credit union everything’s been excellent with them so far. The only issue I’ve had is my card was blocked from a transaction that was sent overseas which I am grateful for but it happened Saturday evening and I wasn’t able to unblock my card until Monday morning because of customer service hours(which is the case with most credit unions) just wish they had an automatic system for that kinda thing.

  I have been a member of Box Elder credit union since 1997 (I think). I work mostly with the Garland branch and I love my credit union! I have always been treated kindly and with respect by all staff members, the loan process is quick and painless, and rates have always seemed fair and affordable. I just bought a car and today’s experience was no different! Thank you BECCU!

  Box Elder County Credit Union is an excellent credit union, I have dealt with both the Brigham and Tremonton branches - excellent service/customer service at both! I came from Wells Fargo after having had one too many bad experiences with them. I am so thankful I switched over, just wish I had done so sooner. 5 Stars!!

  Would not recommend this bank, we got two car loans with Box Elder which were great experiences. Which is a reason we wanted to get another car loan with them but the third time it was a horrible experience. The loan officer(Jen) said she would give me a call to let me know if we were approved, never received a call from her I had to call to know whether we did get approved or not. We tried to apply again this time my dad spoke to Cindy and she didn’t even bother to do a credit check or ask income or even do an application and all she said was that we didn’t qualify because “our numbers were too low” ? Never understood what she meant we decided not to get any loans with this bank or have any service with them. Either it was discrimination or something but not a good bank.

  Brenda, we hate that you are unhappy! It sounds like communication could have been MUCH better on our part. Even though we strive every day to provide exceptional service to our members, we are human, and sometimes we fall short. I don't deal with loans, but I do know that our loan officers hate having to deny a member a loan. That doesn't excuse the lack of communication or little explanation. I've spoken with our head of loans and he would love the opportunity to talk with you. His name is Phil and you can reach him directly at (435) 538-1184.   Phil & Brooke are the absolute best! Phil helped me with the process of getting a new car, and made sure I was being taken care of the whole time. Even took the time to text and see how the new car was after everything was said and done. Definitely deserve all 5 stars.
