  This is the best credit union to me! I really don't like any bank! All banks give me such a horrible impression,that I will not use them for ANY service!

  I've been with Goldenwest Credit Union for 20 plus years. We stopped in, last minute and 30 minutes before closing. Talked to Elisabeth Jones about 2 loans.. She stayed late, she got everything going, stayed in touch the next day to gather things she needed... She called to walk us thru other options, if we wanted them... Was so patient with us.. Then she stayed late the 2nd night to get us closed and away from our horrifically, awful lease provider that we had... Hallelujah and Thank you Goldenwest and Elisabeth Jones. Goldenwest comes thru every time I reach out for a loan and they always make it smooth and hassle free!!!

  There was a slight mix up with the loan application, but when we went in to sign and close- Stephanie at the Brigham city location got it fixed up for us and got us on our way.

  I absolutely love working with Golden West! Cordon Barker has always treated me with respect. When I first walked through the doors I had a credit score of zero and would be considered somebody that shouldn't even be looked at considering that I have had a shaky past in regards to checking accounts because of choices that I made when I was younger. But he and Golden West were willing to give me the opportunity to improve my credit and because of them I was able to purchase my first car and my credit score has improved immensely which has given me the opportunity to improve my life. If I can do it anybody can so even with choices that you have made in the past don't be afraid to try. Golden West is the place to go if you need to improve your situation and are willing to make your payments on time and do what you need to do the proper way.

  This will be my 3rd auto loan within the past two years. 2 different vehicles, and an RV. I was impressed once again. As always, it was an excellent experience. Jaymie, Cordon, and Elisabeth were efficient, answered all my questions promptly, and most importantly got my loan funded the day I needed it. The Brigham City location is my go-to for any financing.

  I would just like to thank Jaymie. She is the best mortgage officer I have ever worked with. I met her when she worked in the Kaysville branch and she is so fast to respond and always has an answer. I found it she moved branches and since then, she has kept in touch with me and notified me of lower interest rates to refinance my home. She is saving me so much money and I just can't thank her enough!!!!
