  Eirik with Nations Lending was a hero. Eirik and Chris came in to save our day. They acted very quickly and worked many hours overtime to make sure that we got what we needed. They have both been so friendly, genuine, and sincere that I feel like I am working with my older brothers and have come to trust them as such. I'm very grateful that we found them!

  Becoming a homeowner can be super overwhelming but Eirik makes the process super seamless. Every phone call, text message and email he’s there. Whatever you need, whenever you may need it. He’s easy to talk to, extremely knowledgeable and has your best interest at heart. Eirik helped me back in 2016 when I purchased my first home and when I began to search for my second place, I immediately sought Eirik out! He’s top tier! The best in the business if you ask me, and forever my favorite lender!

  As a real estate agent, I love working with Eirik and his team. They communicate wonderfully, they have thorough follow-up with both myself and my clients, and they consistently make my job easier.   Buying a home can be overwhelming, exciting, and stressful and I am beyond grateful that I had Eirik and Chad to help me navigate this process!   Eirik's team at CrossCountry Mortgage Company really made our home buying experience a better one. There is a tremendous amount of detail in the financing paperwork and Eirik was great about walking us through the important fine print. He was patient, encouraging, and organized.   I had an excellent experience working with Eirik on my most recent home purchase. I shopped for mortgages from some centralized lenders (e.g. Chase, Quicken) and also looked at some decentralized lenders (e.g. Guaranteed Rate) that were familiar with my area and had worked with my realtor before. The rates that Eirik provided were very competitive. As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions about how the process worked, and he was extremely responsive (usually calling back within 5 minutes, even on weekends) and communicated the concepts very well to me. Because of this, we were able to build a high level of trust, which I did not experience with other lenders. He and his team were very proactive about acquiring the necessary documents for underwriting, and the entire closing was on-time and extremely smooth. I intend to use him again and would recommend his services highly.

  I recently purchased my very first home with the help of Eirik and his team. I originally got a preapproval letter from my primary financial but after receiving a much higher rate then I anticipated and needing at least 20% down to any type of loan I was told to get a second opinion. After talking to Eirik I was given many more options. Eirik and his team where there to answer any and all questions i had and helped walk me through this very important time in my life. I would highly recommend work with them!!
