  UW Credit Union offers great service! We love banking with them. They treat their members like friends. Their accounts and loan products are easy to navigate. The staff at this location are great. Definitely recommend!

  I absolutely love the UW credit union, they are fabulous I would never switch to another credit union, they are outstanding with customer service and so very friendly, they are very respectful and always very accommodating towards me, a very close friend of my wife used to work there and she had given high regards to them they are fabulous, there service is very understanding, quick and very helpful! There always very cheerful, second to last time I had gone there I was past there closing time but they still helped me quickly and didn't push me out of the door, that meant the world to me and my time, they are great! All the employees look at you with kindness and equality love it!

  This credit union is horrible with Refinancing Mortgages. Spent several dollars on accounting for over 6 months to get refinanced when they told me in the beginning there would be no problem. I have great credit as well and run and own successful business for over 25 years. Never do business with this credit union again!!!

  I came in yesterday after dealing around with other banks for far too long. Ruth made the opening of my account super easy and pain free and answered every question I had. I’ve had my account for less than 24 hours and I love it.

  Worst bank do not bank there!!!! They have no loyalty to their customers at all! I have been banking for a long time now and I’ve finally had it with them! My wife and I have fairly good credit and twice this year they have turned us down for no GOOD reason and we’ve had to go somewhere else just today they said no to a personal loan and same day we were approved at Dane county credit union for the same loan and I don’t even bank there. I recommend Dane county credit union stay away from UWCU horrible customer relations!

  Good portfolio of services. Find the personal customer service lacking. Tellers are often a bit salty, not sure the receptionist is aware of the products offered. I find this location makes a good case to stick with online banking.

  I have been with the UW Credit Union for many years and love the personalized service I receive. They are friendly and do a great job at meeting my every need. It's nice to go into an establishment and you are made to feel so welcomed...I am a real person there and not just an account number. Hooray for the Pier 57 team.

  Slowest branch I have been to by far sat behind one car for 30 minutes. Then waited for the teller for another 10 before my request was completed. This branch was slow before covid as well.

  UW Credit Union has provided my wife and I with tremendous service. We applied for an auto loan before we found a car, and the pre-approval process was easy. Then we very quickly found a car we wanted on Craigslist and needed to get the loan pushed through in order to seal the deal before a cash buyer showed up. I was able to work with Kyle Wildman in the lending department, who was great and kept me informed as to what needed to be done and was flexible to last minute changes. Finally, he had all the appropriate documents sent to the UWCU Monona branch where the employees there had them ready for me so my wife and I could fill out the title and DMV forms, get temporary plates- the whole deal. Saved us a lot of hassle and made the process so friendly. Thanks so much UWCU!

  Inside is lovely. But the outside has a very bad design. Why put both ATMs in the same line as well the tubes? Defeats the whole purpose for an outside atm.
