  If I could give zero stars i would..racially discrimination due my id,driver license and green card having expiration date!Being in the States for 5 years never had any problems with other banks. Ridiculous🤣 I will simply take my money elsewhere

  One star just because the people are nice. Constantly my login is disable for no reason or explanation. Countless time when your servers are down my debit card doesn't work putting me in uncomfortable situations. Checking account was automatically closed and debit cards expired due inactive card balance. I could go on for ever and have expressed concerns many times. Is is not including the wrong doing you have caused my wife with her account as well. This is why big banks are taking over.

  Just wanted to take the time to leave a review for this place. It was an absolute breeze to setup an account here. Everyone I spoke with was polite and helpful. Deborah made it exceptionally easy to get everything in order and was able to answer my questions at the same time while building my accounts. I would absolutely suggest establishing an account here if you're considering it.

  I accidentally left my card in the ATM... I immediately called the next day and was told they destroyed it no one asked my permission nor tried to have my bank contact me or anything but they destroyed my only means of funds for myself and my daughter and wasn't even apologetic about not offered and suggestions for an alternate method of getting to my funds I do not bank with them I bank with Service Credit Union who is a sister branch so getting a new card would have taken 10 days and I needed to leave today ! Horrible customer service I wouldn't bank with them nor suggest anyone else do so

  Went in to take care of an escrow refund that was due to me and they were very helpful. I was in and out of the office in 5 minutes.
