      Since the passing of my father who loved this bank, they have never been very helpful. He bought car insurance on his Eglin loan which was supposed to pay off the loan in the event he passed. The insurance claimed pre-existing conditions on a heart attack. I reached out to Eglin FCU for help but they stated they only sold the insurance and couldn't help. They should have offered some guidance or maybe they should stop peddling the insurance. Recently I received an insurance check for repairs to my late father's house. Unfortunately, the insurance company made it out to him. They never updated the name. Not Eglin FCU's fault, Eglin told me I needed to get it made out to the estate. I understood and got the check recut. I come back and am told that having it in the estate name will not work. I need to get an estate EIN. I get the EIN and return to the branch. I have the EIN paperwork and the Order of Summary Administration. Apparently the order is insufficient. At this point I have no idea why I'm still with Eglin FCU. They aren't very helpful and I should have cut ties with them when my father did

      So I came to get my member,s services today and was seated to wait .Was sitting and waiting for about 10 min while employee Tifanny finally finished texting or whatever she was doing on her phone . Really ?

      I've always found customer service to be excellent here. The tellers are usually quick and both they and any specialists are interested in helping as much as they can to make things clear.

      Literally only gave it 2 stars for Kelsey & Tiffany’s amazing customer service. I’ve gotten my moms debit card for her for years because she lives in a city with no EFCU bank. I’m on her account for that reason. I recently went in to get a debit card for her & was turned around. No apology, no different route to go about getting the card, just sat there & gave me a shoulder shrug. Whoever the lady is at the front desk, has HORRIBLE customer service skills. Maybe she should be moved to janitorial staff.

      Mary is unprofessional and needs fired. Absolutely the most UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE PERSON I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH AT THIS Bank! It’s unacceptable that she would not let me into my account. My address changed and she found it HILARIOUS THAT I COULDNT GET INTO MY ACCOUNT! She refused to let me speak to her supervisor. You need to be fired. No questions asked!

      I felt like there was some animosity when I went to the counter. I will never go back to this credit union again. When I walked in there was no one there but when I was in line the tellers put there heads down as if they did not want to wait on me. The one that did wait on me was very nonchalant. I am not sure what that was about.

      Very convenient. We live in Pa. So glad there is an indoor ATM here to use when in Florida. Only ever used the ATM.

      One star just because the people are nice. Constantly my login is disable for no reason or explanation. Countless time when your servers are down my debit card doesn't work putting me in uncomfortable situations. Checking account was automatically closed and debit cards expired due inactive card balance. I could go on for ever and have expressed concerns many times. Is is not including the wrong doing you have caused my wife with her account as well. This is why big banks are taking over.

      I have been working with Melissa on a PAL at the Mary Esther office! She made my entire process the best experience i ever had getting a loan. It was quick and efficient. I highly recommend using her for and EFCU for any of your loan and finance needs!!

      Tiffany is the person who represents that entity with one star service, because she can't make a two minute call to explain my manager the appropriate document(and what information should be in it), so there are no mistakes and running back and forth for my application. Also that is the person who trashed my cedit score with 2 inquries for 1 application. Just for the record, I work from 6am to 6pm and running to the branches is not the most convenient thing for me. Thanks to Tiffany for the awful service. Hope that made your day better
