  Came from another Large Credit Union and where not happy at all with the service. A friend suggested Educators. My wife and myself had showed up unannounced and recieved awesome service! Nina Dicarlo was patient, informing, friendly and treated you like a member owned Credit Union we believed should. We did change to Educators with no pressure and Nina made it an easy process. I would reccomend New Berlin Educators to anyone!

  Came here to open an account and asked for information on their first time home buyers program as I am looking to purchase a house. The woman who helped me was very friendly, along with the woman who greeted me, but unfortunately the woman who helped me was not able to give me any information on the loan program which was the major reason I came into the bank. I waited 20 minutes before talking to someone but I would happily have sat and waited longer if it meant I could have talked to someone who could actually have helped me with what I really wanted. I spent another 45 minutes just to open an account, which is something I could have just done online. The woman who helped me also did not mention that I could choose the picture I wanted on my debit card by going online (FOR FREE) and I DID NOT have to choose from the pictures she showed me, I just wouldn't have gotten the card right then & there. Which would have been perfectly fine for me considering I did not put any money in the account when I opened it anyway, I was just trying to set it up. Now I have to pay $10 just to get the picture changed. In the end I left with a set of coffee mugs and a reusable shopping bag as a gift for opening my account. This is my first experience with a credit union so I don't have much to compare it to. I came from Chase where they are always trying to sell me something or get me to open something new every time I have to go in and sit down with a person. So this experience was definitely.. different.....

  Hi Nicole, our reply didn't post initially but I wanted to thank you for becoming a member and hope you have enjoyed your experience as a credit union member-owner. Unlike other financial institutions, credit unions are not-for-profit so we aren't ever going to force the sales of products and services, we only offer them when we think it might match our members wants and needs.

  I love the Educators Credit Union. Everyone is very friendly and always willing to wait on me. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my banking!

  it would be nice because there's several round to give out the phone numbers so you can call if you're able to call on a phone and get some informationit is winter up here in Wisconsin sometimes easier to make that phone call and then come in thank you very muchhopefully we can get an advertisement with the phone number for maybe you can even call me 27 loomis, to 27th and Layton down to 13th and Layton
