  Katelyn Anderson worked quickly to fix any issues that I was running into. I had to make it back to the dealership before they close. It was about 1 hour drive from this location. I made it in time! Thank you!

  Have had an account with them since I was 16 and almost two decades later I still use them and am satisfied! This location even has a coin counter that directly deposits into your account!

  If I could rate it a -100 I would. Absolutely horrible customer service. My boyfriend and I have been in here twice (Elkhorn) And met two separate people who had the personality of a rock. No "how are you today?" No "hello." No smiling. Absolutely nothing. First girl was okay but had a piss poor attitude. Second lady, Kym, absolute worst attitude ever. We had a disagreement on something, and instead of explaining why it was a certain way, she immediately got an attitude and defensive saying "Well that's how WE DO IT". My boyfriend and I were so blown away at the way she responded to us we picked up and left. My boyfriend has had an account there for years and will be closing his account due to the way she treated us. So incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. Will definitely be contacting upper management.
