  SUPER problematic. I had to reopen 4 different accounts and they were call closed for stupid reasons, leaving me unable to touch my money. Worst of the worst. Never coming back. Not to mention everyone at the branch clearly doesn’t know how to do their job.

  For three months now the ATM at the Elkhorn branch has been down after business hours. It is the only chase bank in the area. It appears no one at the branch notices

  Your fees haven’t changed but your customer service is the pits. Needed to open an account and needed an appointment!! 🤷🏻‍♀️ come on put people back in the bank.. both of our local branches were closed to drive here and nope worst customer service ever!!!

  Tried to open an account for my son. Went into the branch and was unable to as I needed an "appointment". Made one online that stated they will call me on this date at this time at my phone number. Never received a call. Tried calling the branch and in the transfer of the call no one picked up. It went to a generic message with the main phone number again and then hung up without any voice mail. I've been to many Chase Banks in Illinois without any problem. Bankers always on site and eager to help

  ATM doesn't work just about every time I attempt to use it or I get an error saying "sorry for the inconvenience but cannot complete your transaction at this time". When I use another ATM not only am I charged an ATM fee by the machine, but also by Chase who doesnt seem to have a working ATM anytime I need access to my own money. Seriously thinking about closing my accounts all together and going else where to do my banking.

  Heather Stone has been horrible to deal with. I do not feel she knows how to do her job properly. My situation was handled very poorly! Thank goodness for somebody in Lake Geneva that handle that right!

  Horrible experience. Had to go to a branch in Illinois over an hour away for something simple that was waiting for me at the drive thru. Manager at Elkhorn refused to help and bad attitude as well. 👎
