  I was looking for a car loan and met Nicole she is the most wonderful person I told her I have some brain issues and she was so patient with me she explained things for me to understand it was so comforting for me. Thank you Nicole. I also worked with Brooke and she's wonderful person and she was so patient with me. She made me laugh it was so much fun. They are great girls.

  I don't have an account at this bank, so perhaps my comment should be disqualified, but I wanted to ask a question to a person at the local branch. I don't like doing business with a company that refuses to publish a local phone number for their branches, but instead requires me to wait on hold (#21 in line currently) so I can talk to someone on an 800 number. They wouldn't get my business.

  We appreciate your feedback. Please know there are many benefits to having a Call Center as many of our Call Center reps can assist with the majority of member inquiries that call in. This frees up our branch staff to be able to assist members at the branch in a timely manner. We also have Online Chat that is available for everyone on our website, and a secured message system where members can send private emails to us with their questions. We pride ourselves on offering a multitude of communication avenues for our members to speak with one of our many capable representatives.   We have been a customer for around 20 years with this bank many years as it was people’s bank before have always had a great experience with them with many loans and other banking. Just recently we had a situation we’re some money was deposed into a wrong account no fault of advia we had given them the numbers to use well we we’re pretty sure the money was gone for good then we we’re lucky enough to get a young man named Ron Newton he listened to our issues and was more than willing to dig in deep making phone call after phone call we but the poor guy through it for sure never once did he seem upset or that we we’re wasting his time remember this wasn’t the banks fault. Well he is just what this bank needs a guy who listens cares and looks you in the eyes when he talks with you something hard to find theses days I will definitely recommend him to anyone with out worrying how they will be treated A young man with old fashioned values

  Was People's Bank, now Advia. Service has been adequate, but is a step down from before. The online banking has seen definite improvements under Advia. What is unacceptable is the new $1.50 ATM withdrawal fee Advia has been charging. If you don't use one of the branch ATM's or a partner ATM, you will be charged $1.50 by Advia. Other credit unions in the area allow several free ATM withdrawals per month before implementing a withdrawal fee. If the withdrawal fee policy is changed, a three or four star review would be fair.

  Been banking with them for many years. They have been there when I needed them. The tellers are super friendly and alway call you by name. They support many local charities. Yes they are a small town bank and appreciate how they do business! Just bought out by a large bank so I don't know what the future will bring.

  How long do you think it's fair to keep a member waiting on the phone? You choose to leave your number and they WILL call you back. It has been 1 1/2 hrs now. Or should I just be happy?

  I stopped in today because we needed a document that we had misplaced. Everyone was very helpful, especially Bobbi. She made several phone calls and helped me track down the info I needed. Thanks so much!
