  I've been a member at Educators for quite a while now. I used to brag about how helpful and reliable this credit union is but lately I've received TERRIBLE service. Today my check was not deposited into my account but some random persons account. I had to call to fix this mistake. My mortgage was linked to my personal account (it was supposed to be linked to my joint account with my husband) so I essentially opened a second, joint account for no reason and this is apparently non-reversable. I am unable to pay my mortgage through the app because of this, I need to call to make payments. The whole mortgage process during Covid was horrible! Bad communication all around. Every time I have to call, I'm wasting 20-40 minutes on the phone trying to fix their errors..kind of frustrating.

  Generally a pretty poor experience at this branch. I love banking with Educators, but the staff at this branch are not very helpful and not willing to work with long-standing customers. I travel the extra distance to go to the Oak Creek or Greenfield branch.

  This branch is AWESOME everyone is so helpful, polite and they have exceptional customer service.   Honestly the best banking experience I've ever had. The Educators phone app is really convenient as well and lets me cash checks without needing to go in. Just wish they were open later on Saturdays.

  Long wait times, can’t talk to customer service rep so must request a call back, no local branch numbers available online…very disappointing!
