Teresa Rivera1This Bank stole $2,000 and now on top of that they are sending me to collection. I had my money in my savings and in one day the bank system automatically transfer my money 10 times different amounts from savings account to my checking.😡😠😭

Rob Van Tassell3When using on line banking, and I have my checking summary on the screen, as I am reading through the entry history the screen closes down after 1 minute and returns to the sign in page. I then have to re-enter my username and password and get a new authorization number. Then I have to scroll through the summary page to find where I left off. The old system was more user friendly. This new banking is the most frustrating system I have ever seen. Who ever designed this program should be sent back to being a teller.

Denise Henderson5I had been debating over getting a new car for almost a year. I did not want to go through the hassle of loans, contracts, haggling etc, but when my car stopped running, I had no choice. Off I went to ESFCU in Rockville MD, for the whole grueling process. With a deep breath...”uhhh!!! Here we go!” I walked in. From the moment I was greeted by the friendliest front desk person ever, to the help of the associate Evran (the sales associate of the year in my opinion) I knew this was going to be a positive process. Not only did ESFCU help me with every step of my car buying, but they educated me on necessities, opt-outs, pluses and minuses to car buying. I say they, but it was actually the assistance of the bank’s associates Evran that made my car buying experience painless, less stressful and even fun. He was so kind in answering all of my 100’s of questions, made calls to the dealership to confirm contract language and even stayed late to assure I had everything I needed before signing my last piece of paper. I believe their is little differences between what consumers are offered from businesses as far as product, so my choice to frequent a retail store, gas station or a bank is strongly based on customer service. ESFCU reminded me why I bank with them, why I chose this branch at this institution to entrust with my financial decisions. Thank you to everyone at the ESFCU Rockville branch in MD. You surpassed all of my expectations. Thank you all for bringing some much-needed light into these uncertain dark days. Side bar: Their safety precautions and cleanliness made me feel safe being there the whole time. Together we can get through this.

George T. Bangura5The tellers are excellent and customer service ( front desk) will be rated 4. The experience I'd had is asking for help on my account and one of the rep at one point(2wks ago I beleive) was so loud in giving my account balance. Implement a way of writing numbers on a paper instead of saying it out loud infront of other people. Just my thought. But appreciate in all you do.

Louis Gbone4Very unprofessional mortgage loan originator "Bryan Velasquez" 0 out 10. No customer service skills or will to help customers. However Kristie Heston was awesome in reaching out and extending her help with the home purchase. She is very professional and polite with customers. I wish she could have helped me from the beginning and that they train people to be more like her.

Zach Hardy3Though I was initially pleased with this bank after I switched from Wells Fargo; the annoyances are adding up. Not many branches with limited hours. 3 day holding window for checks. Long lines. Was promised a 2.5 percent interest for vehicle refinance but it turned into 4.5 only after a credit check was run. App and website frequently lock me out. The summer pay feature is nice, but I'm thinking of switching banks again, but maybe all banks are actually terrible?

Genevive Goodman1I went to this branch on separate visits. The first time the teller sent me my deposit slip which she was suppose to keep. On the second visit the same teller took my deposit slip, I wanted for 22 minutes for her to return my slip. When I inquired about my deposit, she didn’t remember me and she said she placed the slip on her desk. After I asked for the manager, she immediately apologized, said she found my slip, and explained she was new. I responded by telling her this is what she said the last time I can through the drive thru line. Same teller and same story line.
