I actually called and talked to some girl named NATALIE !!!WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!!!!!! she was super rude and cut me off mid sentence I had questions about my account and she was super rude about it ! Idk if she was having a bad day or what but RUDE. !!!!!!

Sparkle Sprout1Terrible experience trying to open a checking account. I made an appointment, took the time off work and drove all the way to Visalia only to be told (rudely by Krystal at the Mooney branch) that apparantly EECU is an exclusive club even though the website mentions no such thing. Waste of time, terrible customer service, do yourself a favor and go bank somewhere else.

Janet Jones1I have had an account at EECU for over 20 years. My husband does not. We went in to cash our state income tax return and they refused to cash it because he doesn’t have an account. The supervisor was rude in attitude and did not try to work with us at all. She did not offer to deposit it with a hold til it cleared. Or ask for a second form of identification. Just told me no we can’t cash it because if it came back it would be on her. Why would a state check come back? I closed my account, and went across the street to my husband’s bank where I do not have an account. They asked for a second form of identification and wrote my driver’s license number on it and cashed it with no problem.

Make Life Matter5Remember to plan your day being a Customer Service Buisness not every Customer takes the same amount of time. We changed to EECU about 6 years ago after being with another local Bank for over 25 years that just kept going down hill. Have been very very happy with all we have been able to do with this Bank and the services they offer great employees too!

CUTZ UNLTD.3Absolutely one of the best banks I've done business with. But... the ONE atm machine available, on my side of town, is too old and is always broken or breaks on me after I repeatedly try to insert my cash. I have to split my stack of bills in smaller deposits every time. And yes it's usually under 50 bills. I feel bad for the people behind me sometimes smh. Today's story was "invalid amount", then it kept my money.

Haley See1I always have something going on with my account and they try to avoid the issue all the time and tell me to contact the other provider that is trying to withdraw also their ATM is always down and they don’t have a drive thru ATM.
