      Wow, I will NEVER bank with EECU. I simply went in to ask if they could break a bill, because, you know, it's money, kinda their "thing" right? Well the lady looked at me disgusted and said "we only do that for members". I looked at her in disbelief, "you can't exchange money?". Like I get that there may be policies in place that I don't know about but the snarl on her face and complete lack of customer service blew me away.

      The tellers are alway pleasant and helpful....it would be five stars if it wasn't for the manager refusing to accept a check from my state employer that was 2 days post dated. In 7 years I've only cashed a few checks that weren't post dated, some up to a week post dated with no fuss.

      The manager refused to call to verify an out of state check for an auto loan, so we went through EECU to obtain a new auto loan. The interest rate was twice as high. This combined with other negative experiences with EECU has made me take my business elsewhere.

      Was on my way out of state and stopped to use this atm and the touch screen malfunctioned and it kept my card. What a nightmare! How do they not make sure their arms are fully functioning now I'm the one inconvenienced.

      Longest wait ever for a car loan (one and a half hours) and when I asked about a better rate they advised they would price match a competitors rate. Ridiculous.

      Fast and friendly. The parking is great and the ATM is across the parking lot which is great because it opens up the parking for people going into the bank
