Golden Pine RV Park2It’s a good thing banks don’t need good customer service to stay open! Made an appointment to open 2 additional accounts, waited for 30 minutes to be told that their business account rep wasn’t there. Meanwhile the Assistant Manager sat on her cell phone looking at everyone waiting. The one guy that did acknowledge me, gave me a number to another branch that no one ever answers. Bummer that big banks don’t care anymore.

Ray Wall5Everyone who works there is awesome. I've had 5 accounts there for years. Definitely not going anywhere anytime soon. I love the ATM inside. I can take any amount and any denomination out anytime.

Greg Gray2Lately they have no tellers and have to many people standing around, today I stood in line without moving for 45 minute before I left. Save yourself the trouble and bank at any other Wells Fargo within a 20 mile radius.

James Neufeld1This location is becoming harder to use an a business banking location. The merchant line has been discontinued for some reason. If your a business owner who's time is literally money . Beware.

Sue1Very poor customer service, I went in Today and the lady that helped me was rude and blame me for not calling ahead to make an appointment. I've gone in before and they were able to help me right away. I will be changing banks, they never seem to be able to help me the first time I go in I always have to take multiple trips. The poor customer service was the last straw. Don't go to this bank. Save yourself the time.

Tom & Lisa DeGraff1I had an appt for notary services. The lady at the teller window was going to decline my appt because i could not remember the notary public person name. Ugh! Hello! They only habe ONE notary public individual there!! So funny!
