  Takes forever to get service. Lost my debit card and had to wait over 20 minutes just to get a new one printed. The bank on 45th has you in and out less than 5 minutes. This one has you sit down and wait for some to help you while the front desk stares in space. When right before I sat down the ladies were just amongst theirs selves, then made a couple of calls, then called you in their office. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Will not be going back to this bank.

  After recent experience I am definitely not using this location either. I had issues with the 45th location, thinking this one was better... ITS NOT! Normally I would recommend this bank, but not anymore. Horrible customer service, rude and stuck up personalities and bad attitudes. Definitely do not trust them either! They’ll tell you one thing and then turn around and change it up, telling you the complete opposite!

  Constantly pushing the button for service only to be greeted by silence! I didn't know if they were getting robbed or what! Nobody ever came to the widow or responded to me. Will be going to another back!
