  Janie Williams and Amy were absolutely fantastic! I went in to receive help for an auto loan. They can definitely help no matter your disposition, bad, poor, good, or excellent credit. They are extremely helpful and genuinely just really nice people. I have never purchased a car this fast. I was in and out within an hour. Looking forward to working with them both on my next vehicle purchase.

  Janie William in the loan department is our go to person for all of our financial needs. She is absolutely amazing and has gone above and beyond to get us everything we need setup for our family. Once again she came through for me to get my dream car all the way from Dallas. Education Credit Union is by far the best bank we have ever used and this has alot to do with Janie's help and amazing services. We highly recommend this bank for all your financial needs poor credit, low credit, good credit or high credit they work with you every way!!

  I was reccomended this bank by a friend and I saw so many good reviews but I dont understand the hype of this bank. I opened an account and you cant even have overdraft protection without having a good credit score which is enough for me to just go somewhere else because that shows that they are not there to help customers. I like to have overdraft just in case I ever need it. I'll just go to another credit union I can tell this bank doesn't cater to people with low credit score.

  I tried to apply for an account online, which went fairly smooth. The next day I was contacted at 9 AM, but was unable to answer the phone. I called back about about 9:05 AM or 9:10 AM, but only got the lady’s voicemail, so I left her a voicemail asking her to give me a call back. I heard nothing the rest of the day, so I tried to call her again in the afternoon, around 2:15 PM and wasn’t able to get a hold of her. I then called back the following day and left her another voicemail asking her to call me back when she could. I again heard nothing all day, so I again called in the afternoon (around 1:25 PM) and just asked if anyone might be able to help me. They tried to get me in touch with someone but everyone was too busy at the time, so they said someone would call me back later. Someone did finally call me back but it was almost three hours later, so at that point I told them I was taking my business elsewhere. No one should have to call multiple times and talk to seven or eight different people just to open a account.

  The Hillside as a branch really is great, the facility is nice and clean, and the employees are very helpful and friendly. Big shout out to Jamie Williams, she worked tirelessly to help me out, and she's very good at what she does!

  The customer service is to slow and dont have enough people. I only get a hour for lunch. Take care of a customer and move on but one lady is talking to much instead of getting done and moving on to the next customer.

  Sterling customer service from the entire staff. We've banked here for almost 10 years and have always been happy with everything.
