  Approximately a few months ago, Eddie helped me refinance my home. When I originally started the process with a different loan officer, I felt overwhelmed and confused by the entire process, which made me second-guess refinancing so I initially stopped the process. Shortly after this, I was referred to Eddie by a friend and my experience with Eddie was completely different and excellent! Eddie was patient and thoroughly explained the refinancing process to me. He was available whenever I needed a question answered or needed help filling out paperwork, and I was impressed by how quickly he responded to me either via phone/email. I appreciated that Eddie took the time to make sure I understood the process and that I was comfortable each step of the way. Overall, refinancing ended up being easier than I expected and I contribute this to having such a knowledgeable/thorough loan officer! Since the refinance process was so smooth the first time that I was working with Eddie, I am now looking to refinance my second home in order to get a better APR % and trust that Eddie will help me along the way. I definitely will be recommending Eddie to my friends/family!

  This was our second time to refinance with Eddie. He makes the process very easy, responds quickly to all of our emails, and is excellent at providing clarification on details. He always gives us an extensive breakdown so we can easily compare loan terms. We highly recommend contacting Eddie if you are interested in refinancing your mortgage!
