  My wife and I were first time buyers in a very difficult, competitive market. Additionally, I was on unemployment during COVID and had very little work related income over the last 12 months. Our real estate agent recommended we use NFM Lending. NFM lending was a great choice and I would highly, highly recommend them to anyone needing a loan. We received outstanding service, prompt responses and flexibility as we navigated our options. Jeff and Joanne were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and provided outstanding advice.   As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I were extremely nervous and unsure of nearly the entire mortgage process, but Jeff's team kept us in the loop every step of the way and truly made this experience enjoyable, pleasant, and stress-free (almost 😉.)   I was a first time home buyer and Guild Mortgage and Jeff personally gave me a really great experience. He and his team were extremely professional, timely and answered many of my questions throughout the process. Of course I compared the loan rates they offered and saw they were doing the right thing by me, all while being local and accessible to help me through the process. Then once I selected a home I needed support from them to make the offer quickly and they responded super fast and on my requested schedule. In the end I was extremely satisfied!

  Jeff's team was amazing to work with. As a first time home buyer I was extremely nervous about all the information one should know and about the proper process for it all. They took care of everything. We closed within a month and I never felt overwhelmed which is a miracle for someone who has never done this before. They are all very timely in their responses and worked extremely hard to get us the best loan possible! I will definitely reach out to Jeff again in the future if our situation changes!
