  We financed our home with Ed, and it was a seamless transaction. From start to finish, Ed communicated with us every step of the way. We used the paperless app to submit all of our documents. He secured an excellent mortgage rate for us. It was just so easy, I can't stress that enough. I have had friends have issues at settlement where things weren't ready. Not with Ed. Our settlement was organized and we were completed in 30 minutes. I really can't say enough good things about him. You will love him!

  My girlfriend and I recently purchased a house in this crazy market. Ed Fitzpatrick and his team did an incredible job and had us cleared to close in 21 days. Ed went above and beyond by checking in with the sellers agent weekly and keeping her up to date. At any point throughout the process when we had questions Ed got back right to us and really made the entire transaction as smooth as can be. As anyone that has purchased a new home before knows that it can be a nerve racking experience Ed and his team at LendUs really deserve 5 stars!

  Ed and LendUS have gone far above our expectations. From an honest approach and level setting right from the beginning on the initial mortgage, to hunting us down to make sure we got locked in and moved forward with the re-fi when THEY knew that we should, even though my wife and I didn't think we could.
