  Because of miscommunication between seller agent and buyer agent I lost $1300 in inspection and appraisal fees, almost lose earnest deposit as well. This agents mislead me in the process. It felt like they only helped the seller since the appraisal was released without my permission and i paid for it.

  First off we had great service! A younger guy about early mid twenties and longer hair was our waiter. Super attentive to the table, best service we had in a long time. Excellent memory didn't write anything down and remembered it ALL! And the food was good, a VERY enjoyable family dinner

  Rob williams has been a diligent help in finding a home for our daughter. Our budget was kind of low , yet Rob treated it like we were looking for a million dollar home. We looked at quite a few properties with Rob until we found the right one . He made many helpful suggestions along the way . We attempted offers on 3 places & He explained all the paperwork along the way. His knowledge of realestate was impressive. Most of all I would have to say , he is a hell of a nice person & was a pleasure to do business with .

  The worst real estate agents. They have no business doing any sort of real estate in Gun Barrel. Take your property elsewhere.
