      As a expanding Solar Company, I have been with this bank for a couple years now. This Bank offers no assistance help or love when it comes to staying in business. Business debit card always locks out. Can't buy the supplies unless I call them first, won't even give me a simple notary.

      I had an account at this bank with my ex wife more than 15 years ago. She kept the account after we got divorced. When we sold our house we cashed our checks there and I was told there was an outstanding balance. I offered to pay that and I was told they didn’t want to do business with me for some reason. So now when I cash checks drawn off that bank Im told they have to charge me a 2% fee. Poor customer service.

      Great Bank!!! Friendly people and awesome service. They truly make you feel like family. I have banked at the First National Bank of Kemp since 1983. I have also have business loans with them and plan to do business here in the future!

      This bank loves your money so much they don't want to give it back. Account or no account, depositing a check requires a multiday hold with no cash back. NOT customer friendly.

      Rude bunch of gals the only sweetest person is meckenzie and the blonde lady that greets you when you walk into the lobby Plus they discriminate need to hire someone better to work in this place it doesn’t make any sense had me waiting in line forever while they all walked pass without asking did I need help or was I helped or greet me at all
