  Why do you have these hours? That is not convenient! You should open at 8:00 am and close at 7:00 pm. Hours are too short on Saturday! Please change your hours!

  Well they are really good people and i went out there pay my bill and i was late and they made my account overdraft but it was my fault they was nice about it so if u ever need a loan of any kind go to them they are nice and professional and quick too they are great people to deal with

  Place has lost its professionalism since the female manager left. The new guy makes me put all my money on a card even if i say I prefer cash saying it’s “new policy” and is extremely rude and forceful about it. Makes me feel as if I have no other choice than to do what he says. Extremely deceptive environment now it’s not what it used to be stay clear!

  NEVER GET A TITLE LOAN THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY are liars. They will tell you they have better rates than title max. They do not. I pay my LOAN on time every month and have been doing so for 3 months and still owe them almost the same amount as they loaned me. I've given them almost $345 on a $600 loan and they still say I owe $524. They say everyday you don't pay they charge you more money. So by the time you get in for your monthly payment almost all of the cash you give them goes to fees for not paying them sooner than your due date. This company is a scam. Total rip off. If you want a title loan don't come here unless you love throwing away cash.

  I Have a small business and cash all my checks here from my clients and they truly go above and beyond to get you taken care of. Patrick is the best and Billy is always helpful warm and inviting. The new girl is nice too but I cant remember her name. But they are the only place I know of that will go out of the way to get you extra Money. Title loans are the cheapest and they give you more money. I highly recommend doing business with these people I give them a 5 star rating on customer service and pricing.

  I feel very indifferent about this company. If you’re reading this please DO NOT get a loan here. I made a payment, I have my receipt, and they still have no record of it. I got called a liar (when I showed my receipt) which is highly unprofessional and incompetent on their end. I’ve already contacted the Better Business Bureau with a pending case. They have other people’s socials/information laying out and the BBB is aware of this.

  I went to cash a check and the service was nothing less than trash, the tellers were skeptical of every action and even after speaking with my boss and account holder confirming that my check was valid and I was an employee, they still refused to cash my check. I felt judged and treated as a common criminal. I won't be using these services at all anymore. I gave every requirement that was asked and was still denied.

  Friendly staff. Place is a rip off with outrageous interest rates. I will pay them almost $2000 for my $300 credit line. Never again

  Needed money order and post office was closed. Found out money orders here are a no charge item. Very friendly and helpful staff.

  Cashed a check here, made me fill out a loan application which was pointless because I didn’t come in for a loan I came in to cash a check, from what I saw I filled it out for nothing as she didn’t even look st the papers after I filled it out and cashed the check anyway, also confused as to why the wall says all checks $2.99 fee but I was charged $65 for cashing a check.
