  All my life I worked hard in hopes of becoming a homeowner at a young age. It seemed every time I got close to my goal, the credit rating was changed and risen to where it made it impossible for me to qualify for a conventional home loan. One day while searching under the owner financing section on Craigslist, I came across a house I really liked on first appearance. Got in contact with Chris Johnston and he answered all my questions and was very patient. Next day he allowed me access to the house to see it and do a walk through by myself which I really appreciated. He led me to every issue he knew about the house while on the phone during my walk through which truly made inspection a breeze. Decided to move forward with purchasing the house in question and the closing process was ultra quick with a affordable down payment and closing cost. He even took care of a minor siding issue for me. All in all, I’d highly recommend DFWOF HOMES LLC. They are straight forward and give you a chance to become a homeowner even if you have a difficult credit past. Just provide proof of income that you can afford the home and decent job longevity, it’s that simple. I’m thankful everyday I pull up to my home for what Chris and his team has done for me. Word of advice, these homes don’t last long. So constantly check the site and Craigslist, and if you see a home you want don’t hesitate as they truly go quickly!!! Trust me these houses are nice In nice neighborhoods!!!

  When we were in a situation where we did not know where we would end up they took a chance on us. We have horrible credit and couldn't get approved anywhere else. We love our home. Our kids love having their own backyard. When we were both sick with Covid and couldn't work, they worked with us on our payments until we could get caught up. Truly genuine people and will recommend to anyone we know.
