  I got a car from a terrible dealer who sold me a lemon and I ended up meeting Robert because they financed the car. He helped me every step of the way he promised to get me back on the road and he did. Not only did he get me back on the road he went above and beyond to provide me with the resources to help me get my money back from that terrible dealer. They made me feel like family as soon as I walked in the door. They turned that nightmare of an experience with that terrible dealer in to a satisfying experience and I really appreciate Mr Robert for that.

  We were promised our car would be fixed without a problem. Now we’re stuck paying $3,000 after we found out they haven’t paid the shop that had it. We were also told that we had to pay our missed payment to get it back but we’re now stuck and at a loss of $800. This place is complete lies and, for the love of God, I would not recommend!!

  Robert Jackson is a first class scam artist. He tries to manipulate everyone he comes across. Just give him a chance and see for yourself.

  Robert has been an absolute blessing to me and my family. Any issues he was there with open arms to help us...no questions asked. Highly recommend working with this company. They go out of the way for the customer and that's a quality you don't find often enough.

  My experience with this was absolutely horrible from the beginning. The salesman Robert Jackson will text but not answer my calls even went as far as blocking me as I was trying to get a vehicle from him. Then he told me nothing was wrong with the car but a week later all these problems starting popping up so I tried getting up with Robert and he would only reach me through text and claimed he would help me get the car fix and now he won’t. I decided to show up the Greenville location and was told I was “a nightmare” because all I wanted was answers about the vehicle I was sold and told was perfectly fine. I also texted Robert about my car and was told to stop texting him. I found this absolutely unprofessional and not something that should of happened with a place of business.

  Dear Tara Boseman, We are sorry that you had a bad experience with the 2010 Volkswagen Jetta you asked us to finance for you. The vehicle was not sold by us but only financed by us. The vehicle had approximately 240,000 miles and therefore we assumed you had it thoroughly inspected by a certified mechanic prior to purchase. Regardless, two weeks after you had the car, it started having engine trouble which we helped you fix even though we were never the primary seller. Even after that, you were not happy, so we refunded your down payment which was originally paid to the seller, yet we still helped you by refunding it anyway. We always encourage you, and our customers, to buy a newer car and with an extended warranty if possible, to avoid disappointing situations such as these. We wish you luck with your future purchases.   The salesman Robert Jackson is a slick salesman who says he will fix up your car but ends up leaving it on the lot and acting like it doesn’t have any issues. Will not recommend.
