  I have been a customer for over 20 years. I continue to be a customer because of the exceptional customer service and professionalism always provided at all the branches. I’ve been solicited by other banks and EICU always provides a better option than the competition. The staff are friendly and helpful and I love the Ammon branch staff that never fail to make me smile. Thank you EICU!!

  Absolute worst bank in town. I don’t know who would voluntarily bank with EICU. I got a car loan through them a few years ago because the dealer said they had the best rate. Huge mistake as they don’t accept payments for your loan by card like every other bank in town and they have the most unprofessional and slow service imaginable. I went through the drive through teller to deposit some cash to make said car payment and was there for over 20 minutes. I sent the money up and the first teller said she’d be right back. After waiting 20 minutes another rude young teller comes to the window and starts scolding me about not sending up the tube. I explained I already sent it and was waiting for a receipt for a deposit. She left and I waited another 10 minutes before just driving away. The incompetence at not only this branch, but all EICU branches is astounding.

  EICU doesn't care about their customers. My first issue was a fee they added to my credit card, after I had specifically said I wanted a low interest credit card with no fees. After I noticed the issue, they would not issue a full refund. I also took out a car loan and received two hotel/cruise vouchers. We called to book the reservations and the travel agency is out of business. I called EICU to see what they are doing in place of the vouchers and they said they weren't doing anything. So there is no consequence for them, just the consumer, and they refuse to compensate their customers in anyway. I understand it is the policy but they take no responsibility and couldn't careless about making the customer happy. I would not recommend EICU to anyone and as soon as I can, I will take my business elsewhere.

  Hi Daniel, Thank you for letting us know about your experience. I wanted to let you know that our Credit card is a no fee card. If you were charge a fee please give me a call and lets fix it. Also We are sorry that the free voucher you received from us is no longer redeemable. At the time we provided the voucher, travel was readily available but due to COVID many of these companies are no longer in business.
