  I originally opened my account in 1999 when I was working in Anaheim and they invited my company to join, it was at that time Postal and Federal Employees Credit Union.. I believe it changed sometime about 2003 and became Eagle Community Credit Union. This branch was my bank for the 11 years I had lived in Garden Grove, from 2004 to 2015. The people at this branch are very nice and easy to work with. I love this bank to begin so I'm not surprised that I've never had any issues with any of the three branches they have in Orange Co. Even though I no longer live in SoCal I will continue to use this bank, most credit unions are on the Co-Op network, which this one is, so I can use any ATM in the network and other credit union branches in the Co-Op for deposits. If you're thinking of switching banks, this is one that will work with you and not "nickle and dime" you like big banks do.

  I have been a member of this CU for more than 30 years ,today I was not very happy with this branch. Service was not top notch as before , customer service sucks. What happened to customers first? Well , I think I would take my business elsewhere.

  Mr. Truong, I apologize for not having the envelopes you requested yesterday We will assess the demand for the envelopes and ensure that we order a sufficient number of them for our entire membership. The credit union provides these envelopes to our members as a courtesy in recognition of the importance of the Lunar New Year, however we cannot always identify the demand as it varies from year to year. We do want to make sure that we have at least some available to all members that request them.   I forgot my password and Laura helped me out truly great experience! Had other questions about my credit card and another young lady helped me out as, I didn’t get her name tho thank u team eagle garden grove! all the tellers here are awesome! Thanks again

  This is the worst credit union in souther california. No bank or credit union should withold funds from instant transfer payment systems like venmo, paypal or square cash. Once i was informed they were delaying my deposit 10 days, they perceived to close my account with no explanation besides having to verify information that was already verified. I highly recommend people stay away from this place.

  Every time I have called in the past someone has either answered or returned my call, today I have been calling and leaving my return number and no one as of 4:10 pm Monday has returned any of my calls.

We were having technical issues with our phone system yesterday that affected our call back and voicemail system. Our member service center is back up and running with hours of Monday – Thursday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am – 2:00 pm.   Bad customer service! Stay away! I will not do business with this company again! Especially dave and luzek so rude!
