  Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Even with big lines the wait is not bad and you can typically be done within 30-40 mins, depending on what you're there for obviously.

  I love my bank! I'm very blessed that my sister is a teacher for me to be able to have an account with this Credit Union! Everything about SchoolsFirst is the best for your future! They offer great college savings account & better year; they loan rates are super competitive! All the save you time & money! Aside from all the great benefits; their customer service is exceptional! My CheckFolio is always ready for me to pick up directly from the branch whenever I run out! I requested it this way because they mail at my house tend to get lost! The mailman in our neighborhood is notorious for delivering everyone's mail to the wrong box in the whole neighborhood. But it's not my bank's fault! My bank knows this fact & they work with me to ensure that my banking mails are always safe & to be picked up directly from the branch weather it's a debit card, credit card or checkbook! They got me covered for my own protection!

  Very bad customer service on this date 8/20/2018, schools first on harbor bvld in garden grove. I wasn't greeted nor asked if i needed any assistance .I sat for 30 minutes and watched every worker doing nothing .I would understand if they were busy or acting busy but they were just there. Im extremely disappointed. The location in Anaheim is excellent. I didn't expect this from schools first. I hope they train their employees better. ive been a member for 4 years this is very disappointing.

  Great place to do banking and great customwr service. I puchased my car thru their autoloan program which was a breeze. Did I mention very helpful and friendly staff 👍
