  The emortgage we experienced last few weeks was extremely awesome. Bryan Phan, the loan officer is very helpful and helped getting the rate we wanted. Melea Patterson, executive processor is very quick and properly send docs to signed with easy to work with. Julieta Morales, the notarize service is knowledgeable and very fast service on time. Overall, there is nothing that we can complain, very quick closing as predicted.

  Kevin Kwak and and Kathy Woo were excellent in my refinance process. I was referred to this company by a co worker and they lived up to all the high customer service accolades he had given them. Simply the most professional, attentive and knowledgeable team of people I’ve ever worked with on any type of loan I’ve obtained. They exceeded my expectations and I am very pleased with my refinance. I also received a lower rate than was originally offered!! I’m happy.

  Chris Longe and Jossette Burdette are a class act all the way! We just closed the purchase of our new home and as stressful as that is, we never had to worry about our financing. 15 days from having our loan approved we were funded!   Joe Patrick was incredible to work with! Very understanding of our situation, very personable and extremely prompt to respond with updates. Any questions that we had were very quickly answered in what seemed like minutes. Joe's explanation of each step in the process, what it entailed and why it needed to be done was good and thorough. There was never a sense of wondering why something needed to be done. Scheduling for on-site work like the appraisal and the notary signing were all taken care of by Joe. Joe will assess your personal situation and determine whether a plan makes sense financially - he does not push his customers in a direction that will not work for them. Best process I've gone through so far, truly excellent and highly recommended!
