  Jeronimo, Matt, and the owner are all awesome people and welcoming. Usually when I go to a pawn shop it feels like I'm there forever and we both just stand there in silence the whole time. That's not the case for this place. They had me laughing the whole time and I felt like I was in there for 5 mins. They worked with me on a price that was good for both of us. Jeronimo even gave me a bottle of water bc I was parched (Jeronimo lol)! They really care about customer service and it's not forced. I would definitely recommend this place over all other pawn shops and am definitely coming back.

  This place is awesome! Saw a microphone on Craigslist that was in great shape and 1/2 of the retail price. It did not have a shock mount, so Carlos and the management agreed to lower the price a little bit for me paying cash and coming that day. I got there right as they were closing and they still helped me out and didn't rush me. They then found a shock mount from another one and threw it in without raising the price back. They had a wide array of instruments. I would definitely go back!

  Absolutely the best pawn shop in town great prices and very nice people Me and wife always go there and get the help and merchandise we need. Very respectful and helpful to the fullest. 100 percent in my opinion.Hands down number one pawn shop.DYNASTY PAWN

  This place is amazing! Every single employee is very helpful and nice, and the owner is very sociable as well! You can visit this shop a million times, and they will treat you as if you are a new customer by giving great customer service each and every time. I would recommend this place to anyone any day, because this place is truly one in a million :-)

  UPDATE..UPDATE .....UPDATE Updated review, from 1 star to 5 star The owner called us and try to make things right by apologize and explain what happen . Respectable owner. Thank you for listening to your customer. Look forward to shop at dynasty pawnshop soon!! Selling used item for $60 ( brand new $57??!!) Tried to bargain and the sales girl is like " how much?????" And then she said "NO THANK YOU " with attitude, and she tried to ask the manager and comeback with " HE SAID NO THANK YOU"?!! and I'm like 😳??? Ok, have been a customer for sometime now I don't know why the salesgirl look down on us like we don't have any money , but yeah with that kinda attitude as the owner and employees fill follow. Btw if anyone going there ask for Marco he's the best sales person there. Some advice : be nice to your customer even tho they are just some poor people tried to bargain. They are people too you know same like you. You can stay on the business because of people like that, remember the first day you open? What do you look? And now you have been there for sometime you started giving these hard working people some attitude??? What a shame.....

  I went there two weeks ago to purchase a diamond bracelet for my husband. They have very good prices and great Custumer service. You guys should have Marco help you out he is very nice and helps you find what you need. I loved there Custumer service and I will definitely be back and referring my friends. Thanks marco😊
