  Gigi is AMAZING! Comes to our home if needed and when we closed during a peak in the pandemic, she was happy to approve all of our requests for a “safe” closing (outside, 6 feet apart, etc). We’ve used her multiple times to buy and sell homes in the last 15 years in Land O Lakes and she always makes it easy. I feel like anyone who makes my life easier, has me as a customer for life.   We had the pleasure of working with Gigi Evans from Dynamic Title Services, who made the 'first time home buyers' experience for my son purchasing a property of ours. Gigi kept everyone involved, in the loop, all the time providing courteous, professional service and moving swiftly through a normally laborious process. The happy little family were able to enjoy their home sooner than anticipated due to Gigi's efficient and effective handling of the closing.   I have used Gigi multiple times. She is very professional and responsive to not only my needs but the needs of my clients. She is always willing to assist in any way possible and makes sure that my clients fully understand what they are signing before moving on. She also will go to them so there is no need for people to come to her office. During these unprecedented times that is critical. A lot of my older clients don't like to go places unnecessarily. As a realtor it is import that I provide all around professional support for my clients and I wouldn't use anyone else. Gigi is the best around.
