  Our experience with Dyer Mortgage Group was definitely a group effort at the finish!! They promised a quick close, and delivered, even though my husband and I were not the easiest case, by far. From beginning to end our loan officer, Maxine Cannon, had our backs and best interest at heart. Always reassuring us when we had doubts and worked diligently and tirelessly to tie up loose ends. Each time we hit a snag or delay she was quick to ease our worry and many times worked after hours and called us on weekends to update us. Even Angel, Toni, and Bobbie Dyer helped!

  I can't say enough about the support and help that we received from Dyer Mortgage, specifically Maxine Cannon. This was not my first home purchase, yet it was by far the most complicated. If not for the attention and professionalism that Maxine gave to us, I seriously doubt that we would be in our beautiful home. Maxine had ideas when the closing seemed impossible!.By the way, none of the problems we experienced had anything to do with the Mortgage process, yet Maxine made sure the sale happened. She did things that weren't even her responsibility. I will never forget her personal touch when I just knew we would never close. Maxine was always upbeat, she never talked down about the other professionals that did not do their job, she had solid faith in herself and my family during the journey. She stayed in touch from beginning to end! I consider her a friend.   I just moved to Florida and Dyer mortgage was referred to me by my real estate agent. She said they were local, very professional and quick and was she right.. I worked with Bobbie and John G and I was very happy with their service. They always got back to me when I had questions and followed up to ensure I was prepared for closing which they were able to do in 30 days. Overall, good people and very professional.
