  Have a two star only because we got the loan done, even though it was late and a higher rate than promised. Also, the most scatter brained and unprofessional agent I have ever worked with. Borderline negligent. Would not recommend

  Jennifer Alvarez at Angel Oak Home Loans is amazing! She’s always been very kind and courteous and answered any questions I needed in a prompt manner. Anyone looking for a home knows the importance of their lender being responsive. Especially in this market, time is of the essence! She is highly skilled at what she does and breaks things down very efficiently so it’s easy to understand. I can honestly say she’s the best lender I’ve ever worked with and I would 100% refer her to anybody looking to buy a home!

  We had a great experience refinancing our mortgage with Angel Oak. Michelle got us an awesome deal and was happy to answer all of our questions, including taking phone calls after hours. She made it very clear what documents were needed. The system they have for sending and receiving messages and documents is very easy to use. The underwriter, Becky, was very nice. The appraiser and title company they work with were also great. The whole process went more quickly and easily than we expected. Highly recommend.

  Jerrod and his team (especially Becky) were fabulous, the Best of the Best. I had all but given up my dream of owning my dream condo on the beach, when I met Jerrod. He and Becky was upbeat, positive and patient through the entire process. They went above and beyond making the experience an enjoyable one instead of drudgery. I can't imagine that the process would have been complete much less enjoyable with any other team! I highly recommend Jerrod for any of your home loan needs.
