  We received a call from agent Nate Molitor about our insurance. We decided to research a little to hopefully lower our premiums. Nate came out to the house and set us all up. Girls, I have to say he is a cutey pie and very polite. If I were a young gal I'd get insurance just so I could see him. But seriously, they're into pleasing the customer. I strongly recommend visiting the State Farm offices right above the Cold Spring Bakery. So grab a coffee and donut and go visit Nate.

  We want to recognize the great staff at Cold Spring, especially Dustin, Lori and Nathan, for their caring and expertise as they guided us through the claim process for our water damage. Also, Kyle Peterson, the claims agent, who came to our home, was pleasant and very willing to do what he could to complete the process. He wrote the check right there in our house! It was so comforting to be reimbursed for the largest part of the damage and the cost of reconstruction. We appreciate the kind attention that we received.

  Dustin and his team are an extremely good group to work with. The entire staff is professional and friendly. They make it very painless to file a claim and take the hassle out of dealing with insurance. I highly recommend them.

  The staff at Dustin Upgren is fantastic! I worked Directly with Nathan Molitor and he was very professional and helpful. His presentation on, Auto, Home, and life was easily understandable. I plan on doing business with State Farm for many years.

  Dustin and his team have always been very cordial, timely and very thorough in all aspects of our policies. We always thought changing companies was going to be hard and time consuming.   The experience was terrible. However, having Dustin Upgren and his team of exemplary agents behind me made it much more seamless than it would have otherwise been. I don't get into accidents often, but when I do, it's with Dustin Upgren behind me! On a serious note, though, he will go to bat for you whenever you need it, or even if he merely wants to ensure your comfort with the situation. Great guy, great team.

  About a year ago we switched all of our insurance to Dusten and have continued to refer people because of the experience we had working with his team. We had a complicated commercial policy that we had him in sure. He had very short notice to get us a quote and worked over the weekend very diligently. We discovered that we were double insured and with his policy and that discovery we saved over $8,000. Since then we have switched all of our personal insurance and have happily referred many new customers to him. Everybody we referred switch! There's a reason for it. I was also impressed that the time his team spent getting a $55,000 property insured. They treated the customer the same as someone who owned several hundred thousand dollar home.

  Nathan was terrific he not only explained everything on our new policies but went over our old renters. We have better coverage on both policies (car & renters) at a much better price. Thank you Nathan, wish we would have done this sooner. We are looking forward to doing business with you

  Love love love Dustin and his team at State Farm of Cold Spring! They are always so helpful. I can just call or email with any questions and they reply within the hour. Nate is great with all my issues. Switch to State Farm today!
