  Jake understands customer service! He did everything in his power (and more) to ensure we understood our mortgage loan, the paperwork and the process. He assisted with communication of others involved, when not even his role, but because he cares for his customers and the success of the mortgage and all its initial terms. We took Jake through the ringer with three different houses and six different closing dates on the final house. He was so patient, kind and easy to work with. Highly Recommend!

  Abbey was a great partner for my clients and I during the entire process. She and I worked well together behind the scenes to make sure the client saw a smooth transaction. There were a couple of hiccups outside of our control, but Abbey made sure they were handled in the best interest of the client and we closed on time!   Everything went smoothly, they had the best communication ever. Even better then my own job. They had everything planned out and organized. Even Jacob on closing day ran out to grab the last bit of paperwork that needed to be signed without hesitation. I will forever be grateful, and has made me a customer for life if I were to buy another house. ( To which I will be living in this one forever).Thanks. Jacob and Jill you guys rock!!
