  Duncan's Financial Solutions is top notch! My finances and books were a mess before Guy took over. Starting out as a small veteran owned business, we get overwhelmed with everything and to have someone who cares about Veterans (Veteran himself) and basically walk us through the process and establish that trust from the outset was above and beyond experience.   I was a potential client. I made an appt via email and Mr. Duncan confirmed it. On the day of the appt, my husband and I showed up a little early and walked into his office and sat down. No one in the office acknowledged us and we waited 15 minutes after our appointment time, and I never saw or heard from Mr. Duncan. I called him and left a message that we were leaving and was disappointed that he didn't contact me to say he was running late. I finally heard from him 30 minutes later and "Mr. Duncan, your phone etiquitte is lacking when you hang up on potential new clients." If you're a current client then you're probably good to go but if you're a new client, beware! Hopefully he won't hang up on you and be disrespectful to you like he was to me. Obviously, it wasn't meant to be and thank God I found a better CPA to do my taxes!
