  Purchasing our first home was a daunting venture, but having Sarah Harrison as our loan officer made the entire process seamless. We had many questions throughout the loan process and Sarah answered them all professionally, patiently, and very quickly. We were always kept in the loop with exactly what was happening with our loan file, notified quickly of any changes or additional information needed, and felt confident Sarah was guiding us the right way. We closed on time, without any unexpected issues and are very happy in our new home. I have nothing but great things to say about DSLD Mortgage & Sarah Harrison, and would strongly recommend her to anyone looking for a mortgage lender!

  Yall I cant express how wonderful Zac at DSLD is !! I have bought 2 homes & went through him with both. He always replied in a timely manner , even after hours when I didn't expect him too. If I ever was concerned or questioned anything, he explained it to me. He is very knowledgeable! If you want a great, stress-free experience I highly recommend.   Zac Daniel handled our original mortgage and, on his advice, refinanced for us as well. I cannot say enough about how great Zac is to work with. The refi saved us hundreds a month! He's always responsive, courteous, and knowledgeable. He really streamlines the whole process and makes everything so easy!

  Great service from all we worked with at DSLD Mortgage, especially Zac Daniels our loan originator. Since, our builder, DSLD Homes, recommended DSLD Mortgage, my first reaction was skepticism. However, we decided to give them a try, no harm in multiple mortgage options, right? I'm so glad we did! The service from start to finish was phenomenal! In fact, it was much smoother and quicker than our first home mortgage with a local credit union. Our loan originator, Zac, was always prompt to answer any questions we had, and that matters so much when you're making one of the biggest and most expensive commitments you'll ever make. Day or night Zac was only an email, text, or call away. He was happy to accommodate when we were a couple of months in and I asked for multiple loan options because of some life changes. In fact, he promptly worked me up the ECS docs and had them to me the same day! Perhaps best of all, with all the upheaval caused by Covid-19, Zac was still there for us and as soon as the mortgage interest rates bottomed out, Zac reached out to us and we locked an astoundingly low rate (so low even the closing attorney commented)! Highly recommend you give DSLD Mortgage a chance to provide you with awesome service!

  I recently used DSLD Mortgage to purchase my new home. I must say that I had the pleasure of working with both Zac Daniel and Danielle Hagge. They were fantastic and were at my beck and call to answer each and every question I had to ensure that each step of the process was simple, easy and smooth. They were always working with me to ensure that I knew what was taking place with the Mortgage. Matter of fact Zac worked with me to keeping up on the interest fluctuation that allowed me to lock in the lowest rate available during the approval process.

  I cannot begin to express how grateful we are for all the outstanding help from beginning to end we received from our lender Zac Daniel with DSLD Mortgage. It didn’t matter what time or day it was, Zac went above and beyond in making sure our needs were met. We moved from Arizona to Alabama and Zac made every step of the way an easy process. It’s didn’t matter how small or big of a question we had, he responded in a timely manner, he is very knowledgeable and very professional. It was a great working with Zac, we couldn’t be happier !!!
