  I just finished buying my first home two days ago, and Christian was absolutely PHENOMENAL! I really can't say enough positive things about him! He's one of the nicest, friendliest people I've ever met, and he REALLY knows his stuff!!! I did a fair bit of shopping around for lenders before choosing one, and out of FOUR different lenders I worked with (1 online and 3 local) he was the ONLY one to catch that I was just barely inside the eligibility for a special mortgage program that will wind up saving me _LITERALLY_THOUSANDS_OF_DOLLARS_!!! AND, if that wasn't enough, he had far and away the best loan estimates and the least expensive origination fees of anyone I looked at too! (by A LOT!) Amazingly good at staying in communication too; I think almost every single time I called him with a question he would pick up the phone before it even got to the second ring! And he was always super helpful and really great about answering my questions about how things work and explaining the process to me. All in all, I couldn't possibly be happier with his service, and I'd say his nickname of "The Mortgage Sherpa" is well earned! ^_^

  Willie and Beverly kept the process moving forward smoothly. This let us hit our closing date right on time. There were no sudden changes in the terms or the requirements like I've encountered with other lenders. Willie also helped us make a last-minute change to the title. Great experience.

My loan was approved quickly, with thorough instructions of what documents were needed upfront. No drawn out procedure with delays for further info which has been the case for previous loans at other institutions. A great experience thanks to Keri and her very capable staff!

  I worked with Keri to get my va loan done and it was an awesome experience. She was always available for questions and always responded quickly. The whole group was efficient only taking about 25 days to get the whole thing done. Would highly recommend them to any home buyer.
