      Years ago, they were awesome! More recently no. They are convenient because switching is a pain but I would go elsewhere if I was looking for a new banking facility.

      They never answer the phone even at the extension they leave for you. Online website never works. charge an outrageous fee to pay your loan no matter how you pay it. Paid off my loan was told my title would congee in the mail in 6-7 weeks to later find out they held for a .63 balance that shouldn't have existed. They input everything incorrectly and customer service is terrible. Go elsewhere.
