There's no drive through at the location in town and it's very inconvenient for handicap people. Dort federal credit union is an Excellent business however they need to improve their business to becoming handicap friendly. There are other locations with drive thru in other cities and towns but so far not her in Owosso that I know of yet. Don't believe them if you call ahead Lol because this part location was not a drive through!!!

Unfortunately after calling multiple times and waiting on hold for several minutes I was disconnected. The website piece for scheduling appointments was not functioning. Eventually I did get a call center employee to call back & help me.
