  I have never had a bank that was so user friendly. The whole experience had been wonderful. Everytime I go in there, they are super helpful and quick. Their app is just friendly and I would recommend them to anyone wanting a personal banking experience.

  i don not like the hours of only being open till 4. my husband doesn't get out till 4 so he cant put money in the bank and cash his check. bad business choice.

  Citizens Bank does NOT support military and America. The only thing I like about this bank is Jamie. She's wonderful and always will go out of her way for the customer. I have had so many problems with this bank and I am closing my account very soon. This doesn't apply to this individual location, but to the whole company itself. I'm deployed right now and have no control over what goes on with my bank account. I was overdrafted over 4 times and they charged me a total of $150 in fees.. They would not even bother to freeze my card or anything. I tried to get ahold of corporate and all I kept getting was foreigners. They basically said that they do not care about the soldiers fighting for America and that it was my problem to deal with. This wasn't the only time I've had issues. One time I had a shopping cart full of groceries and my card kept getting declined.. How embarrassing is that?? The customer service sucks and so does the app. I'm going elsewhere!

  I dont not recommend! I just started an account on Thursday 12 and i have had the most difficult time ever since! 🙃 it is wensday the 17 and im going to close it! Not even a week 😐 they do stuff to your account with out you knowing and expect you to be okay with it

  If it were not for Jamie and Deb we would go elsewhere. We have had a personal and business account with Citizens for many years. We applied for a home equity loan only to get lost in the shuffle. The Employee handling it was let go and after numerous phone calls we finally gave up. I miss the Drive-thru and the multiple inside tellers. They only have one teller so be prepared to wait. Jamie and Deb are the backbones of this place. Professional, kind and thorough. A+++++ to those 2 ladies.

  I really like the service they offer, it's so personal and one on one. They, well most importantly Miss Jamie from the Owosso branch, makes you feel as though you've been lifelong friends! Very compassionate and cares about the clients she has and to me that is very important when it comes to trusting a company with your money. I'd give her the employee of the year if I was able to!! Thanks for all your support and advise when banking, it truly means a lot to me! Keep up the amazing work, I'll be recommending friends to you that's for sure!

  The staff is extremely friendly, curtious and went above and beyond to help me consolidate a past account, open a new account, transfer my dormant 401k to an IRA and set-up online banking aswell as activating my debit card! Extremely Satisfied with all reps at the branch!!

  The reason I came here WAs because of jamie .the old lady Deb told me I had to order my money ahead of time.even though it was my money.i told the Mgr faudi. Of course nothing. So this is it..next time I'll take my business elsewhere. Plain b.s. rude people over at this bank. Do not go here unless you want a rude old lady waiting on you

  Citizens Bank credit card is a scam they will only give you $1,000 limit and won't raise your limit up when ya got stablish credit and you pay the bill on time and they check your credit score without your permission and cancel yeah credit card account and not issue you a new credit card when they review your credit score when it gets close to the we spire date don't apply for the credit card it's a waste of time
