  The state of Maryland offers a slew of special programs for first time homebuyers. Only some banks are qualified to deliver these programs. Donna, without having confirmed us as a client, took time to explain everything to us in-person, via phone, and via email. In the end, the new homebuilder's designated lender would've been ever-so-slightly less expensive, but the service, knowledge, punctuality, and care that Donna provided was, hands down, worth forfeiting any minor savings we would've received otherwise. She paid attention to our needs and concerns, and listened. Other big name lenders made blatant (and subtle) errors when preparing estimates for us. Errors in something as critical as a mortgage is simply unacceptable. Would gladly work with Donna again or refer her, too.
