  No one ever answers the parts department for gm. Tried for 3 hrs to get someone to pick up, to no avail. Could of went to Columbus and back and got the parts i needed in that time.

  My experience with this place has forever restored my faith in car dealerships and salesman. As soon as I sent an inquiry about a Honda Odyssey there, Charles Adams reached out to me via text message (which is how I prefer) and introduced himself and answered any and all questions that I had about the van. He even helped figured a round about of numbers and loan options for me when I requested it. We live 2.5 hours from the dealership so I asked about everything before we made the decision to come down. After feeling confident that this is the van we wanted we made the trip down. He was super friendly and made the whole process quick and easy, answering all questions that we had. We had my 2 young children with us and my youngest is a free spirit, she was definitely giving us a run for our money down there. She seemed to really like Charles. He held her more than once to help while we signed papers and even walked her around while we signed the final papers for everything since she was done at that point and he could tell we were a little stressed. All the staff there were extremely nice. I can not recommend them enough! Great people, great place!

  Finally purchased a new vehicle after so long and Lori was such a big help was the best I could’ve of asked for, of all the dealerships I stopped by this one was the best. Going to be recommending anybody I know looking for a vehicle to come here. Very friendly and helpful Staf also a shoutout to Randy and Shaun, everyone was great!

  I had a great experience. I got the car I wanted and everything worked out perfectly. My only complaint is that it took forever—way past my temporary tags’ expiration date—to get my title. In the meantime, I could have gotten fined. I was given no explanation for the delay. Other than that, I recommend the place. Ask for John.

  My husband bought a truck @ Don Wood Logan..Again, nothing but issues...After the deal was done .He received a call telling him he needed to pay another$380 because the guy that did the paperwork wrote in the wrong mileage on the paperwork..Well ,I feel that the guy that did the paperwork is responsible for that mistake,not my husband!!! He continues to give this business chance after chance and everytime he has had issues!!!
