  Bought a VCR from there for $75 that they said they inspected. Remote didn't work and neither does the vhs. Can't return it either bc you have to buy their "warranty plan" and their items are sold "as is"

  I've sold a few items there & have always felt that it was good business. I hated having to sell my jewelry, but I was in a bad spot & they helped. I bought a ps4 for Christmas & unfortunately, we found out why the previous owner got rid of it. It powered on/off just fine but it's not cashland's fault someone pulled a fast one. Thankfully I'd bought their 30 day peace of mind. Returned it with no hassles, got my money back. I do plan on future business with them, since I've never been disappointed.

  I love the people in this place but I feel that before they let someone sell them something or even when they pawn something that could potentially be sold by them,they need to check if the item even works. Unfortunately on one occasion I bought a generator and I was told it work so wIthout trying it I brought it home, I ended up having to pay someone to fix it. Then yesterday I bought a small motor cycle bike but before I bought it all the way I tried it. There was no gas in it so I could not check it. Before I left I made sure that if there was a problem I could bring it back. Needless to say I am on my way back with the bike because the gas line is broke, obviously the reason for no gas in it🥴

  Honestly, I have never had any type of issues. The staff have always be nice and willing to help with the merchandise. Have had no problems with getting an loans or having to pawn things . always have had a good experience in this location

  The staff is usually friendly here, though they are a bit stingy on what they will give on a pawn loan. They don't seem well-equipped to know electronic pricing, as the prices can be quite high for outdated electronics. At the same time, deals can be found on electronics also. If you go to pawn something, don't be surprised when you are only able to get half-value for your item. It's a usurious place, for certain.

  Its usually ok, but this week ive went there twice by 6:30pm and they were closed . supposed to close at 7pm. Waste of my time and gas. Especially when its the only place in this town that sells vape juice !

  Very unprofessional. I have been attempting to reclaim my merchandise for going on 4 days now, yet every time I visit the store during normal business hours they're "closed due to technical difficulties," and calling accomplishes nothing as the line constantly rings busy. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional way to treat customers.

  If I could give a 0, I would. They lost my brother's class ring when we needed the money when we were in hard times. To get it out with other rings it was $297. When we went to get it out they said they lost it due to it not being put into the computer and they still made us pay the full $297 to get the others out even though it should've been way less without it. After 3-4 years of making extensions on it and the fact that they lost it. They basically said they can't do anything about it. So, it was stolen by the employees and they won't do anything about it, not even a compensation, though there will never be any compensation for that ring since he died when he was 16. His name was Kyle Sadlowski.

  They are not just check cashing. You can find some very good buys there. Great employees.
