  About six years ago, after I had flipped a house, I received a letter from Dominion Financial Services inviting me to apply for a line of credit. Initially I hesitated, because the letter looked like an advertising people get in their mailboxes. Until then I had used other hard money lenders. Yet I thought I try by completing the necessary forms and providing the required docs. After review of the docs I submitted, Dominion Financial approved the line of credit. Since then Dominion Financial has funded 7 Real Estate deals. Dominion Financial is a great company to work with. The people I have been communicating with are very professional. Once I send a request for financing a real estate deal to Jack BeVier, a partner at Dominion Financial, he responds within the day outlining the terms of the deal. Jack is very straightforward and fair with the terms of the deals. Normally the terms are just like they are advertised in the Dominion Financial Services’ website. There are no gimmicks. Therefore, if you are a real estate developer looking for fast and fair funding don’t go anywhere else. Apply for a line of credit with Dominion Financial website, send an email or call Jack Bevier, and you will expect a fast response with terms very favorable compared to other hard money lenders.

  I’m a real estate agent as well as investor in the Southeast GA/ East AL market. I have been doing business deals with Dominion Financial for 7 years now. I highly recommend them for any seasoned or new investors. Their rates and fees are fair, and in my experience they have always closed on time. The group is large enough to move with speed and efficiency, yet small enough to actually know their customers.....

  we've used Dominion on last 10 or 12 flips. Great to work with. Fees are minimal (no appraisal fee!). So much better than last lender, I haven't looked at another lender in 3 years. Draw requests usually generate an inspector within a day and money is in my account in a couple of days. Couldn't be easier. Only had one issue ever and it was resolved by Jack immediately. Perfect.

  Great lender to work with I have done multiple investment loans with Dominion and they treat you like their #1 customer. Always respond fast great communication, great rates! We can concentrate on making offers and buying properties because we have Dominion to help us fund and they will get the deal done .

  Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA) I was applied for loan like any one else I was trying to hold to see the status of my application Mr wade said he’ll get back to soon ASAP I haven’t heard anything since then the worst experience ever.
