  Marlena was extremely helpful and patient with me . I hit a snag and was fortunate enough to have her and her manager help me get through it . Walked out the same day with a loan. They definitely saved me til payday. Thanks !

  They close at 3pm and I got there at 2:30pm and from the beginning I felt that she did not want to help us. When I told her I am going to a different dollar loan center she did not care. She stood up and walked away. I recommend the one in Sun Valley. They ALWAYS have great customer service and no matter how busy they are they always find time to assist you.

  Place is neat and nice. They weren’t lying about having funds in minutes. Daniel did a great job explaining everything thoroughly and will definitely come back and do business here again.

  Daniel was rude and was very unprofessional. He told me my credit wasn't good enough a d was just all around rude.

  Rafael was a great help made the process seem so simple and easy. I would recommend that you go to the sparks location if you want to feel good about borrowing money.

  I think this place is wrong on how they treat people. I applied for a loan and they told me more than three times they would call me back and never did. I called them to find out a yes or no answer and still nothing. Dont leave people hanging at least tell them no.

  Customer service was great the ladies are friendly and fast. I recommend Dollar Loan in Sparks to all my friends .

  Everything went well however the women arent very friendly. They are under staffed and it comes through in their attitudes.
