  Was able to re up my loan with Angel's Help. He is Super Professional and Very Kind. Needed money for my 55th birthday. Was between paydays. Was Fast and Easy. Thanks Angel...you Da Man!!!!

  Probably the most shady financial institution I’ve ever been to completely unprofessional and rude from the moment I started taking with them. Highly recommend taking time to go somewhere else these people are a joke and I really wish reporting these employees would do something

  Its stressful enough having to ask for a loan! I explained that I did not have any current mail since all bills are paid on line. I printed out my Spectrum bill like she said... and that still didn't work. The person I worked with needs to take a course on CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPASSION ! I did however go to another place and had no problem! Thank you Nadine!

  I have been going to this specific store for a long time now and it’s amazing! Angelina always helps me and is hands down one of the nicest most friendly workers they have, I have even gone out of my way to go to this specific branch just to see her welcoming smile and her amazing personality always helping me as well as making such a stressful situation pleasant! :)

  My husband got a loan in February. And was told that THEY NEVER CALL UNLESS YOUR LATE OR BEHIND. Well our experience was not great. They called every other Saturday and woke him up as a COURTESY CALL, EVEN AFTER WE TOLD THEM HE WORKS GRAVEYARD. Today he went to pay the loan off today and he asked why he got treated that way and the lady got an attitude and was so rude and danced around the question. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOUR HISPANIC. BECAUSE IF YOUR BLACK THEY TREAT YOU LIKE YOUR STEALING.

  Ton's of TV ads. Over The Top. Never expose their rates. Zero attention to APR. No phone number???? Big warning. Chuck, Charles, ' Charlie's no trust. Volume of ad's over content. It all goes to their Cost of Advertising. So What the Hey do they charge. Beware, You the Consumer ultimately pays that cost. PG&E, is more regulated. Senior Trump, stopped the Changes coming to the Industry. Pitty, Work harder. Just walk away. Best of Luck. No Short cut's in this Would. A What Chuck?.😎😎😎

  The new people here are so rude. People are already struggling when they come in, they don't need to be dealing with rude customer service.
