  Dominica has been so friendly, professional and informative every step of the process and life of my loan. I didn't want to have to go this route because of the additional fees I had to pay but they just lowered their APR and I'm paying less from when I started and already increased my credit limit. Dollar Loan Center helped me when I needed it most for my finances. THANK YOU!!

  Dominica is exceptional. Not only great customer service, but personally friendly as well. She called me, just to let me know the interest rate was lower so my payment would be less if I renewed.

  As always in life we sometimes have moments where we need a little extra cash to take care of business. I had a moment as such and decided to give DLC Syracuse a call and was very pleased with how informative, professional and quick to help Dominica was at this location. I was able to apply over the phone and within the hour I had cash in my hand to do what I needed to do. Multiple payment options were available and Dominica made the process super easy and fast. I recommend this location to anyone looking for a small loan to take care of their business.

  Domenica is AMAZING! She is very helpful. Everytime I have been into the syracuse store she has a smile on her face and remembers my name. I would recommend dollar loan center to everyone. I have been a few times for short and longer loans and its always quick and easy.

  Talk to one of their loan officers and they are the most ignorant rude people I have ever dealt with. Not trying to work with you at all she said she didn't have a document they didn't even ask me to send it in just just very rude and unprofessional I would go to a different location

  Ive been going to dollar loan center for awhile and Domenica always gives me a warm welcome and greets me with a big smile. I think its her fault for me coming back and applying for another loan. Great customer service and definitely recommend out of any loan center! DLC-Syracuse #1 ❤Domenica❤
