  They were really helpful, they made it so easy and walked me through it. They were patient I didn’t have all my stuff and they waited for me to go get it and everything. I was almost late for a payment and they understood but luckily I was able to make it. Amazing place honestly

  I always get a loan every couple of months with them. All the girls are very friendly and very helpful. Sometimes I am late on my loan they will always work with me as long as you call to let them know. The waiting area is always clean and inviting. The process is quick and easy every time. Will always come to this store and not any other .

  Angelica is rude and unprofessional. Would not waste my time here again. She was texting and taking personal calls while I was waiting and even put a closed sign on the door because she didn’t wanna work. I’m seriously offended at how she handled our interactions. She didn’t even run my application just had me running all over town providing multiple copies of documentation she clearly had already but just enjoyed wasting my time.

  The process of getting a loan takes way to long. Employees aren’t very helpful with letting you know why the process takes so long, second time returning here and it takes about 45mins. Ridiculous not to mention the guy helping my husband was making a big deal that his license will expire in April??? So what. Will not be coming back here.

  I'm not sure about this place. Their tv ads lead you to believe they can give you a loan but I was turned down. I went to a different place and got a loan with no problem. Not really sure what the differences in protocol are between the two but I won't go back to this place. The girl who worked with me was great though and helpful.

  We went here and applied for a small loan. We paid it back in less time than required. When we went back a few weeks later to apply for another smaller one we were refused because they claimed we were overextended. I do NOT recommend them.

  Worst experience I’ve ever had since coming here !! I wouldn’t even rate it a 1 Star! Me and my husband came in Monday at 10am to pull another loan out to pay a bill and we had an appointment at 11am and Jesus told my husband all he would have to do was pay the interest rate which was $14 and he could have the loan! When Jesus swiped my husbands card he proceeds to tell him he doesn’t qualify for it?? What kinda BS is that? How do you tell my husband he will qualify as long as he pays the interest rate then once you swipe his card change your mind ?? So he denies my husband and still took the money out of his account.. and mind you he made my husband sit there till 10:50 procrastinating until he decided to tell my husband he doesn’t qualify anymore . Absolutely unacceptable .. and I had to call back to ask if they would reverse the money and the lady I was speaking to said “oh ya I’ll reverse it right now” so if I hadn’t called they wouldn’t have reversed it?? Horrible service , horrible experience , won’t ever be coming to this business again.

  Angelica was very helpful and very nice. She welcomed me in at the last second right before they were about close and I greatly appreciated that. She was helpful and enjoyable to work with.

  I've been here several times and have had an overall positive experience everytime. I was assisted by Jenna today who was professional and courteous even though she was busy.

  Very friendly and helpful employees I never had any bad experiences with the store at Vista Knoll Parkway some people complain about the time they spend there waiting to get their loan it is a process that they need to follow they are just employees like everyone else I would recommend this store to anyone which I have to fellow employees
